Paula began working for Design Gallery in March of 1977. She worked as a designer and sales associate until 1983. Taking a hiatus to raise her family, she continued her contact with the business working as a contract wallpaper installer. In 1995, she returned as a full time designer and sales consultant. Her love of color, texture and design is evident in the multitude of projects she has completed in her years at Design Gallery. As the interior design industry evolves, Paula remains current in the many trends involving flooring, furniture and window treatments. Like most designers, Paula’s home remains a work in progress and a reflecting of her skill sand passion. Paula fills her off-work hours with her husband, her daughters and a long list of friends. She enjoys cooking, gardening, friendly card games and summer cruises in their ’65 Mustang convertible. |

Julie graduated from Idaho State University in 1984, and barely caught her breath before jumping into employment at Design Gallery. She has been a valued team member since that day. Julie brings her excellent eye for design to each project, and has a long list of loyal clients and customers. She is equally at home doing residential or commercial design, and has a comprehensive knowledge of all flooring, furniture and window treatment products. These skills are showcased in her own home. A native of Idaho Falls, Julie embraces the western outdoor lifestyle by skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking and fishing with her husband and two daughters. |

Design Gallery hit the jackpot when Megan Nelson was hired to fill a sales associate position in 2007. She offers her clients a hard work ethic and love of interior design. With a background that includes both retail and wholesale customer service, Megan is equally at home helping with the smallest home improvement projects or assisting in large commercial endeavors. As a life long native to our area, Megan has no problem filling her spare time in the outdoors, gardening and exploring the back country of Idaho with her husband. |

Merrill became the operations manager at Design Gallery in 1996. Born in Idaho Falls, he grew up working with his Dad, who was a flooring contractor when carpet was seamed with a needle and thread. After graduating from Skyline High School and serving an LDS mission to Tennessee, Merrill started both a family and a retail career in Idaho Falls. As his family has grown, so has his circle of friends. He now enjoys his relationships with customers, co-workers and suppliers, and counts them all as friends. He enjoys time with his wife in the surrounding mountains, and can be found most weekends during the summer exploring the trails on his horse, Whiskey. He also has a passion for beautiful wood furniture, and occasionally finds time to create individual pieces for family and friends. |

Mike assumed management of the warehouse responsibilities and staff at Design Gallery in 2005. Raised in a U.S. Air force family, Mike finished his own military service in 1979. He worked for both Ford Aerospace at Vandenberg Air Force Base and Lockheed Technologies at the Kennedy Space Center before finding quiet Idaho Falls as a place to settle down. Mike takes the same pride in all aspects of warehouse and inventory management that is evident in his own garage, the envy of everyone in his neighborhood. Mike’s organizational skills insure that all incoming products are thoroughly inspected and all outgoing items enjoy a prompt and professional delivery. He works closely with the craftsmen who install our products, and keeps a complete inventory of the tools and supplies needed for this work. Not one to sit idle in his off time, Mike plays guitar in a well known local band, hits a mean round of golf and enjoys time in his yard. |
